Cancellation Policy
Airport Transfers
Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be cancelled without charge.
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to cancellation fees.
Taxi Services
Customers should provide as much notice as possible when cancelling a booking.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking acceptance.
Tours
Tour bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time may be cancelled without penalty.
Tour bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time may be subject to cancellation charges.
Waiting Time
Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time following the confirmed flight arrival time.
Standard pickups include up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time unless otherwise specified.
No-Show Policy
A booking will be considered a no-show if:
- The customer fails to appear within the applicable waiting period; and
- Reasonable attempts to contact the customer are unsuccessful.
No-shows may result in future booking restrictions.
Service Cancellations by Triple Gem Transit Company
In rare circumstances, Triple Gem Transit Company may cancel a booking due to:
- Vehicle breakdowns
- Severe weather
- Safety concerns
- Events beyond reasonable control
Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to offer alternative transportation arrangements.
