Welcome to Triple Gem Transit Company. By accessing or using our website, mobile platform, booking services, airport transfers, taxi services, tours, and transportation-related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Triple Gem Transit Company provides transportation-related services including airport transfers, taxi services, private transportation, tours, and other travel-related services within St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Submission of a booking request does not guarantee acceptance of a booking.
2. Booking Information
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
Triple Gem Transit Company is not responsible for service delays or failures resulting from inaccurate booking information supplied by the customer.
3. Pricing
All fares, rates, and quotations are displayed in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD) unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Additional stops
- Route changes requested after booking
- Excessive waiting time
- Special transportation requests
- Additional luggage beyond normal capacity
Customers will be informed of additional charges whenever reasonably possible.
4. Payment
At launch, payments are accepted in cash unless otherwise specified.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
5. Customer Conduct
Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers, staff, and other passengers.
Triple Gem Transit Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service where a passenger:
- Engages in abusive or threatening behaviour
- Creates safety risks
- Damages property
- Participates in unlawful activity
No refund shall be due where service is terminated because of customer misconduct.
6. Delays
While every effort is made to provide timely service, Triple Gem Transit Company shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Traffic conditions
- Road closures
- Weather conditions
- Mechanical issues
- Government restrictions
- Events beyond reasonable control
7. Lost Property
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all personal belongings are removed from vehicles.
Reasonable efforts will be made to assist in locating lost items. Recovery and delivery of lost property cannot be guaranteed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, branding, graphics, and materials displayed on the website and platform are the property of Triple Gem Transit Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple Gem Transit Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
